Just a quick veg stir fry over rice.

Partially homemade pizza and fries in the air fryer.
DH is bringing home ground beef to make burgers with the fries in air fryer so I don't have to do anything.

Haven't been well and missed work due to having to see doctors. Possible impending surgery if my body doesn't get its act together.

Tonight we are having sausage or bratwurst and sweet corn. Not sure if DH will eat the corn because the kernels are small

Apple and Brie stuffed chicken breasts with asparagus)from a local farm I grabbed them on my way home) and rice pilaf

we’ve been eating leftovers from Mother’s Day yesterday, today and probably tomorrow. Pulled pork, Mac and cheese, fruit and cowboy beans.
