I think one issue very important to them is what areas get crossed over, for evacuation and security purposes.
As to the walking path from Riviera to Germany,not likely to happen as it would traverse "backstage" areas.
Seat belt has 2 parts one part across waist and second strap cuts right across your neck and is very uncomfortable unless you pull it away from you and just hold it.
Yes. It was the top part across chest and neck area that is too tight. It wouldn’t extend any further. I couldn’t pull it away as it was already at max length just getting it to buckle. If I was any bigger it wouldn’t have been able to buckle at all. The driver actually asked if I’d rather not buckle it as it looked too tight.
You can refuse the seat belt if it causes you discomfort. The driver will need to send an automated message to dispatch. It is not a problem.
Maybe I don't understand. How do you know which way to go when you get to the bus stop? You don't know which kind of bus will be coming. I always go to either the HA gate if I'm at the park, or park in the HA box if I'm at a resort (or behind, of course, if someone else has already parked in the box).
Yup. I was scolded at the MK for queuing up in what had been the separate waiting area. It's all very confusing since they can't load me first if I'm stuck half way through the line but there would have been room for me.
Well it’s very tricky now at MK…we got in regular line with ECV so we had people both in front and in back of us and 2 ECVs came just as bus arrived and pulled up in the ECV loading area and were immediately put on bus. By time we got far enough in line to get to the gate with handicap sign there wer already 2 more ECVs who had come around and were waiting for bus so we ended up behind them. Had to wait for a 3rd bus….
We were at MK a few weeks ago, and there was a WC/ECV queue. Some cast members even showed us where to wait. Perhaps there is variation in the bus stalls? We were waiting for Beach/Yacht club.
Thank you! I've always gone directly to the ECV waiting area because that's what I thought I was supposed to do. And no one's ever told me differently. Granted, I've only left MK at "off" times-when there were maybe 10 other people on the bus. Now I'm really confused and somewhat embarrassed if I've been wrong all these years.
I've had CMs point me to the ECV waiting area in all the parks... when the line is packed, usually there is line up there also, it may be more than one bus that goes by before we get on. Its amazing how many people can squeeze on that night time bus even with strollers, kids fast asleep on shoulders, and people standing just cause they need to get back after a long day. Buses usually run pretty often around closing time, and it's not long before another shows up.
Don’t be embarrassed. We have always done this exact thing and have never been told otherwise. If a CM is there and directing everyone into the main queue, we’re happy to do it. We also tend to visit the parks during less crowded time (Aug/Sep).
