Thank you. Is the sit down area considered a quick service credit?Geyser Point Bar & Grill does accept the Disney Dining Plan.
Not the way the dining plan was in the past.Thank you. Is the sit down area considered a quick service credit?
I hope someone checks and reports back soon. We used QS dining credits there in the seated area with servers in Jan 2020 and it was one of our best "QS" meals, even adding the tip in.Thank you. Is the sit down area considered a quick service credit?
Which one would mobile order be considered. We mobile ordered here last month and the meals were fairly cheap for a TS, so I'm guessing it was the counter service menu? Not the way the dining plan was in the past.
The counter area was QS and the served sit down area TS.
Maybe doublecheck to see how it works on the current plan.
Yes, the mobile order Geyser Point is QS...previously the Geyser Point lounge/sit-down area was also considered a QS credit (though table service in nature)Which one would mobile order be considered. Actually when you sat down it counted as a TS according to the DxDP which was the only plan we ever purchased; only counter service (aka mobile order) received a QS.Yes, the mobile order Geyser Point is QS...previously the Geyser Point lounge/sit-down area was also considered a QS credit (though table service in nature)
DxDP only had one set of credits, TS and QS both counted the same. So yes, for that dining plan they would have just taken from your one pool of credits. In 2020, we were on the QS dining plan and ate there. Seated at a table, orders taken by a server. Bison burger and a delicious cocktail were one QS dining credit, salmon salad and another delicious cocktail were another QS dining credit. Our bill was $0 and we tipped on what our total would have been without DDP. It felt too good to be true and I figured at some point Disney would get smart and remove this.Actually when you sat down it counted as a TS according to the DxDP which was the only plan we ever purchased; only counter service (aka mobile order) received a QS.
Interesting place in a beautiful setting that always caused dining plan confusion. Was our go-to place to avoid eating at MK.
Our last trip ended the first week of January 2020 and we, too, enjoyed the bison burger and some sort of shredded beef casserole with tortilla chips. Wuvved the black cherry mule which became my fall back drink at WDW.DxDP only had one set of credits, TS and QS both counted the same. We love it there! Even when paying OOP we eat there and just do mobile order/take-out bc it's usually a wait for a table. While one person waits for the food, the other waits for seating along the lake to open up and grabs something. Some of our best meals have been there. Hope this works in Sept for the QS Dining Plan! We also leave MK to eat here and would like to do so using a QS Credit.Actually when you sat down it counted as a TS according to the DxDP which was the only plan we ever purchased; only counter service (aka mobile order) received a QS.

So there is seating that is open for individuals using the grab-and-go window? This is good to know! If we can use our QS credits for this we will 100% take a midday break from MK to head over for a decent meal.We love it there! If anyone successfully uses or is denied using a QS credit for the take-out window, pls post here. It might save us a boat trip.
Ate there last month w/DDP. Sit down is TS. If you order mobile, they will not let you sit within the restaurant/under the canopy. There is seating towards the lake that you can take your mobile order though.Thank you. Is the sit down area considered a quick service credit?
