Can someone explain the PHP to me? What does the 2, 3, or 4 plus visits mean?

If I buy a 7 day pass, I can go to Dis Quest, PI or other 4 times?

Unless it was a recently added feature, Disney Quest is not included with the PHP plus features. (DQ comes with Unlimited Magic and Premium Annual passes)

If you go to water parks and/or PI on a day you do not also go into a theme park, that day does not count as one of the seven or six or whatever park days.

Leave Blizzard Beach for lunch and back the same day = one plus.

Visit Pleasure Island on two evenings = two plusses. PI often offers five more consecutive nights for five more dollars for single night tickets only, you might find this useful and save the PHP plusses for water parks.

Blizzard Beach in the morning and Typhoon Lagoon in the afternoon = two plusses.

seashore is correct, DisneyQuest is NOT a plus, it is included in the Ultimate Park Hopper pass. Terribly sorry for the mistake. :)
