60-day restaurant reservations.

I understand that with a split stay I have 2 60-day reservation dates to begin making reservations. My question is how departure dates are handled.

We arrive August 11 and we switch resorts on the 16th. When I begin making my selections 60 days from August 11th can I include the 16th (departure day)? It seems to me I should be able to since when I begin my selection for the second half of the stay, I will be able to make a reservation for that departure day

Yes, if you have a 5-night stay (8/11-15), you can do ADRs for 6 days - check-in and check-out days are included.
