There's a thread on that:Hey Swan/Dolphin fans. I'll be there next Saturday May 4th and was hoping to catch the Kentucky Derby. Does anyone know of a place that might show it? Bonus if they would have the sound on!
They said "it will be on NBC and we cannot guarantee it will be televised anywhere on property"@supamaki - grab the Swan Dolphin Mobile App in the upper right corner use the Text Us option and ask if any of their in-house bars will be showing it.
I’m not surprised by this. I wouldn’t expect them to set up a TV for this event. I can’t think of any TV in a public area of the Swan. I do remember that I watched football on a TV above the bar the Dolphin at the Lobby Bar a number of years ago.@supamaki Wow! Well at least you know I guess, not really what I thought they'd say though.
I'd be shocked if they didn't have it live on one or all of the tvs above the bar at Phins in the lobby. When we were there in Dec., they had sports playing non-stop.They said "it will be on NBC and we cannot guarantee it will be televised anywhere on property"
yeah, that's my thread. I was hoping to get some better intel about the Swan/Dolphin from this groupThere's a thread on that:

Hey everyone. Heading down in May and first stay at the Reserve.
I really like walking to the parks (maybe regretting it at the end of the day), and realizing how close the Reserve is to DHS. Is it possible to get to the path on E Buena Vista Drive that connects to the Hollywood Studios walking pathy?
This is great, thanks!Yellow dots. This is the most direct path. You can maybe cut through the Swan parking lot but it doesn't really save time. There is a barrier along the bridge area that separates you from the vehicle traffic

I have never used the Reserve sofa beds, but the Swan ones are great. And have always had excellent comments here. How are the sofa beds at the swan reserve? Looking at upgrading but one in our party would have to use the sofa bed if so. Would go from 2 queens no view to one king suite Epcot view. Thanks for advice!
Yes. Same process as transferring a Disney resort. The only transfer you can’t do is Swolphin to Pop, all others are good to go.We’re doing a split stay between the Grand Floridian and the Swan. I know Disney will handle luggage transfers between on-property hotels. Does this apply to the Swan as well?
Thanks, I was not familiar with a Swan/Dolphin App. Will get it.@AustinTink shouldn't be an issue, but I recall reading there were issues going to POP last December. If you don't have it get snag the Swan Dolphin Mobile App and use the Text Us option on the upper right.
Wonder why that one resort...seems strange.Yes. Same process as transferring a Disney resort. The only transfer you can’t do is Swolphin to Pop, all others are good to go.

I agree, that is weird.Wonder why that one resort...seems strange.
The app is great, @AustinTink. The testing, as Steve mentioned, is really good, very quick response time. Thanks, I was not familiar with a Swan/Dolphin App. Will get it.
The report we had here is transfers from Disney resorts to Swolphin are handled by Disney. Transfers from Swolphin to Disney resorts are handled by Swolphin. The report from someone who tried swolphin to pop was they were told Pop is very uncooperative with them to the point where Swolphin bell services has stopped transferring to that resort.Wonder why that one resort...seems strange.
