I am starting this as a way to keep track of my weight loss/healthy living journey. I am starting tomorrow, eating healthier and I will be using the gym here at work during my lunch hours.
Any comments are welcome, I could use some encouragement and criticism. Feel free to blast me if I don't come on here and say I worked out during the week!
