SeaWorld Hotels

I am looking for a SeaWorld Orlando hotel that is close to SeaWorld but that also is a place where we can have a pool/hotel day instead of a park day. Just my husband and myself, no kids. I know the Universal hotels are great for non park days just not sure on SeaWorld hotels. Thanks for any ideas.

Have you looked into the official Seaworld hotels & official partner hotels?
I’d think that the pools wouldn’t be too crowded during the daytime as most folks will be at parks! :)

Look at those Partner Hotels. The Renaissance Hotel SeaWorld last time I was there had cushy loungers, heated towels, etc. They have a separate adult pool / hot tub and a different kid type water park area. It felt luxurious to me, a spa like feel. They have a really impressive looking lobby too. Here is a link: https://www.marriott.com/en-us/hote...w.ds&cid=PAI_GLB0004YXD_GLE000BIM5_GLF000OETA

Not as upscale as the Renaissance but still very nice is the Residence Inn SeaWorld. The pool has nice landscaping and palm trees. And there is a nice hot tub. We've stayed here a lot. Being a three star rather than four star hotel food is good but less costly than the Renaissance and you don't have upcharges for wifi and parking. This is our home away from home in Orlando if we aren't staying at one of the timeshare resorts. https://www.marriott.com/en-us/hote...ew/?scid=f2ae0541-1279-4f24-b197-a979c79310b0

Maybe take a look at the Hilton Grand Vacation Club SeaWorld timeshare too. They do retail stays for shorter stays. It's a condo rather than hotel stay, but I think the pool areas there are stunning too. https://www.hilton.com/en/hotels/orlswgv-hilton-grand-vacations-club-seaworld-orlando/?SEO_id=GMB-AMER-HH-ORLSWGV&y_source=1_MTg1OTY3NS03MTUtbG9jYXRpb24ud2Vic2l0ZQ==

These would be my top three choices near SeaWorld for a nice pool day.

If you are into water parks, sometimes SeaWorld has some really sweet deals for a combo SeaWorld - Aquatica (the SeaWorld water park) too. Just another thought if you are looking for more activity on the pool day.

We stayed at Homewood Suites last year. I don’t remember the exact price, but it was worth it for what we paid. The pool was nice but nothing special. Breakfast was included and was typical hotel free breakfast (waffle maker, sausage patties, eggs, etc.). We were able to walk to Sea World in less than 10 minutes so just left the car at the hotel.
