Yesterday i picked up a package of Magic pop at Central Market instead of bread.
They are like rice puff disks with a hint of sweet from stevia. No fat, 15 cals each and 4 grams of carbs.
I ate them with fajitas for dinner and today a snack with my guacamole and I am thinking I have found my bread, chip and cracker substitute!
Anyone tried these and how did you fit them into your eating plan?
