I'm core NHS working mostly on Non-covid wards but occasionally working in the Covid section of our hospital.

I will admit that so far we have been very fortunate and lucky as we have had PPE when we have needed it and have never not had it when we need it.
I have to say I would struggle to make a decision If put in that situation. Because first I have a family, husband and four lovely children to go home to and keep safe, but then I believe we can't just not treat the patients as it's not their fault.
I would really struggle to make a decision in that situation.
